Approval of Professional Services Agreement with EHS International, Inc.\nfor Safety Program and Training Consulting Services\na) Determine this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act\n(CEQA) pursuant to Sections 15060(c)(2) and 15060(c)(3) of the CEQA\nGuidelines because this action will not result in a physical change to the\nenvironment, directly or indirectly; and\nb) Approve a Professional Services Agreement with EHS International, Inc., for\nsafety program and training consulting services for a three -year contract term and\na total amount of $330,000, and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute\nthe Agreement.\nStaff Report\nAttachment A - Agreement
