RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE PAY SCHEDULE FOR TEMPORARY, SEASONAL, AND LIMITED-SERVICE PERSONNEL TO\nADD A NEW VIDEO TECHNICIAN POSITION\nDirect the Human Resources/Risk Management Department to amend the pay schedule for temporary, seasonal,\nand limited-service employees to create a new, part-time, Video Technician position and pay range. This proposal\nwill cost approximately $56,000 in pay and benefits each fiscal year. In order to make this proposal cost neutral,\nstaff recommends transferring $56,000 from Professional and Contractual Services to this account. Therefore, there\nis no budget impact with this item.\n— Recommended Action: 1) Adopt a resolution amending the pay schedule for temporary, seasonal, and\nlimited-service personnel to add a new Video Technician position; and 2) Approve a budget transfer in the\namount of $56,000 to add part-time salaries to the Community Relations and Education Division budget\n(Account No. 11-106132-5140).
