4. AMENDMENTS FOR SENIOR MOBILITY PROGRAM AND SENIOR\nTRANSPORTATION SERVICES\nRecommendations:\n(1) Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 with Sally’s Fund for\nSenior Mobility Services, in an amount not-to-exceed $80,000 per year, dependent\non the Orange County Transportation Authority’s funding allocation for the\nSenior Mobility Program in Fiscal Years 2024-25 and 2025-26;\n(2) Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 with Sally’s Fund for\nSenior Transportation Services, in an amount to not-to-exceed $87,000 per year,\nbased on the difference between Senior Mobility Program funds received and\n$143,000;\n(3) Authorize the City Manager to end the $30,000 annual pass-through of AB 2766\nfunding from the South Coast Air Quality Management District to Sally’s Fund for\nvehicle replacement; and\n(4) Find this action exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act.\nAgenda Report
