15) Contractor Services Agreement with Knorr Systems, Inc. for Splashpad\nEquipment Maintenance at Canyon Hills Park, Yarborough Park, and Launch\nPointe RV Park\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement with Knorr\nSystems, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $12,000.00 annually for Splashpad\nEquipment Maintenance at Canyon Hills Park, Yarborough Park and Launch Pointe\nRV Park in such final form approved by the City Attorney and authorize the City\nManager to execute change orders not to exceed a 10% contingency of $1,200.00 for\nunanticipated costs.
