1. Addendum No. 2 to Resolution 2021-61-CC with the Los Angeles County Flood Control\nDistrict for Fiscal Year 2023/24 Measure W Funds\nThe City Council will consider: (PW)\na. Approving Addendum No. 2 to Resolution 2021-61-CC ("Addendum No. 2") relating to the\nTransfer Agreement No. 2021RPLLARO5 between the City and the Los Angeles County Flood\nControl District for the Safe, Clean Water Program - Regional Fund Program ("Transfer\nAgreement") to receive the Fiscal Year 2023/24 funding allocation of $346,000 awarded for the\nUrban Orchard Project;\nb. Appropriating the $346,000 in Measure W Funds to be transferred to the Urban Orchard\nProject and\nauthorizing the Director of Administrative Services to make any budget adjustments needed to\ncarry out this recommended action;\nc.
