Management Agreement with Goals Soccer Centers California LLC D/B/A SoFive\nSoccer, Inc. to modify the length of term\nThe City Council will consider: (PARKS)\na) Approving the attached Management Agreement dated June 25, 2024 ("Agreement") with\nGoals Soccer Centers California LLC D/B/A Sofive extending the length of contract from 2-years\nto 5-years and increasing the concession fee;\nb) Appointing the Director of Parks & Recreation as the City Agent to act on behalf of the City in\nmatters required for the successful execution of this agreement; and\nc) Authorizing the Mayor to execute the Agreement in a form acceptable to the City Attorney.\nDocuments:\nItem 10 Report 06252024.pdf
