17. REAL PROPERTY ACQUISITION OF 9.93 +/- ACRES, LOCATED AT 28700\nBOUQUET CANYON ROAD, AND IDENTIFIED AS PORTIONS OF ASSESSOR\nPARCEL NUMBERS 2812-008-900 AND 2812-008-901 - City Council consideration\nto approve of acquisition of 9.93 +/- acres of real property located at 28700 Bouquet\nCanyon Road pursuant to the conditions of approval for Master Case 21-151 (Bouquet\nCanyon Project Map Revision).\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nCity Council:\n1. Approve the acquisition of 9.93+/- acres Los Angeles County Assessor’s Parcel\nNumbers 2812-008-900 and 2812-008-901 at a total cost of $205,000, which includes\nthe property purchase price of $180,000 and $25,000 for due diligence, escrow,\nappraisal and closing costs.\n2. Increase Miscellaneous Revenue Account 431-462101 (Site Improvements Fee Fund)\nto record $205,000 from the Integral Communities developer as part of the Master\nCase 21-151, Bouquet Canyon conditions of approval and increase Land Expenditure\nAccount 4319000-520104 to acquire 9.93+/- acres Los Angeles County Assessor’s\nParcel Numbers 2812-008-900 and 2812-008-901.\n3. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute all documents, subject to City\nAttorney approval, contingent upon the appropriation of funds by the City Council.
