AUTHORIZATION TO AMEND THE EXISTING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT\nWITH CPS HR CONSULTING FOR DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION PROGRAMMING\nAND CONSULTING SERVICES (FUNDING SOURCE: GENERAL FUND)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the City Council authorize the City Manager to amend the\nexisting professional services agreement with CPS HR Consulting to increase\ncompensation by $50,000 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $162,150, and\nto extend the contract term to June 30, 2026.
