AUTHORIZATION TO AMEND THE AGREEMENT WITH KOA CORPORATION FOR THE\nMOUNTAIN AVENUE CORRIDOR (BASE LINE ROAD TO BONITA AVENUE) COMPLETE\nSTREETS IMPROVEMENTS DESIGN (FUNDING SOURCE: STATE GAS TAX FUND)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the City Council:\nA. Authorize the City Manager to execute an amendment to the agreement\nwith KOA Corporation for the design of the Mountain Avenue Corridor (Base\nLine Road to Bonita Avenue) Complete Streets Project in the amount of\n$396,021, increasing the total contract amount to $827,319; and\nB. Find this item is exempt from environmental review under the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA).
