Discuss and provide direction to staff on the role and authority of the\nCommunity Services Commission; and 2. Revisit the request by the Community Services Commission\nto change the frequency in which regularly scheduled Community Services Commission meetings\noccur from once a month, to the third Thursday of odd number months and provide direction.
