CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL FOR AUTHORIZATION TO\nSUBMIT AN APPLICATION TO THE CALIFORNIA EMERGING\nTECHNOLOGY FUND (CETF) FOR THE DIGITAL EQUITY\nLEADERSHIP GRANT\nThe Digital Equity Leadership Grant purpose is to aid in closing the digital\ndivide, promote digital inclusion, and achieve digital equity.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends City Council:\n1. Authorize the submittal of the grant application to the California\nEmerging Technology Fund (CETF) and related authorizations; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all documents\nas the signature authority.
