11. Minor Budget Adjustments and Amendments\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council adopts the next Resolution, in order, to:\n1. Modify the appropriations as detailed in the report;\n2. Allocate, appropriate, and expend additional CDBG funds for the NSL Project in\nFiscal Year 2023-2024 (233784PWCP) in the amount of $3,724.92; and\n3. Allocate, appropriate and expend $5,917 in CDBG Program Income for\nadministrative costs (C1116) in Fiscal Year 2023-2024.
