Adopt budget amendment resolution for Fiscal Year 2023-24 increasing CFD 9 Fund Budget\nfor Soquel Canyon Parkway Pavement Rehabilitation - Phase 2 Project (“Project”) by\n$1,130,000; award bid and contract to Sequel Contractors, Inc., in amount of $1,473,700 for\nProject which encompasses rehabilitating Soquel Canyon Parkway between Pomona\nRincon Road and north City Limit (north of Fairfield Ranch Road); authorize City Manager,\nat his discretion, to approve cumulative change orders up to ten percent ($147,370) of\nawarded contract amount; and determine project is exempt from review under California\nEnvironmental Quality Act\nPUBLIC HEARING - This portion of the City Council Agenda is for all matters that legally require an\nopportunity for public input.
