6. Award of Bid No. 013-25 – As-Needed Miscellaneous Fence/Guardrail Repair &\nInstallation\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council adopts the next Resolutions, in order, to:\n1. Approve the Plans and Specifications for As-Needed Miscellaneous\nFence/Guardrail Repair & Installation, Bid No. 013-25; and\n2. Find the first low bidder non-responsive for the reason set forth in this agenda\nreport, and award the bid to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, Ferreira\nConstruction Co., Inc. dba Ferreira Coastal Construction Co., in the\nnot-to-exceed amount of $315,000, with the option to renew for four additional\none-year periods.
