8. CalRecycle SB 1383 Grant - Edible Food Recovery and Recycling\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council adopts the next Resolution, in order, to:\n1. Authorize the City Manager or designee to accept, appropriate, and expend\nfunds, in the amount of $278,977, received from the FY2022-23 CalRecycle SB\n1383 Grant (SB-1383-23); and\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute any documents and\nagreements necessary to receive and use these funds.
