7.1 PROPOSED AGREEMENT FOR COMMUNITY OUTREACH AND ENGAGEMENT\nSERVICES WITH THE CITY OF MISSION VIEJO (Kuta)\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1) Approve a proposed Agreement for Community Outreach and\nEngagement with the City of Mission Viejo to provide 20 hours per\nweek of Homeless Outreach Services, for a one-year term in a\nmaximum not-to-exceed contract amount of $68,600; and\n2) Authorize the Mayor to execute the proposed Agreement for\nCommunity Outreach and Engagement Services with the City of\nMission Viejo.\nItem No. 7.1
