5.8 NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2023-24 CITY HALL AND\nBELL TOWER REGIONAL COMMUNITY CENTER STAIN AND SEAL EXTERIOR\nWOOD TRIMMING PROJECT (Parco)\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1) Accept the improvements for the Fiscal Year 2023-24 City Hall and Bell\nTower Regional Community Center Stain and Seal Exterior Wood\nTrimming Project; and\n2) Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion with the County\nof Orange Recorder’s Office within fifteen (15) calendar days, as\nrequired by Section 9204 of the California Civil Code; and\n3) Authorize the retention monies to be released thirty-five (35) days\nafter the Date of Recordation of the Notice of Completion, if all Stop\nNotices have been resolved and all potential claims are settled.\nItem No. 5.8
