12. PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 24-43 CONFIRMING THE FISCAL\nYEAR 2024–25 ENGINEER’S REPORT FOR THE ANNUAL NATASHA LANE LANDSCAPE ASSESSMENT\nDISTRICT NO. 2005-1 AND LEVYING SUCH ASSESSMENTS\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Conduct a Public Hearing and consider adopting Resolution No. 24-43 (Attachment A) confirming the\nFiscal Year 2024-25 Engineer’s Report (Attachment B) for the Annual Natasha Lane Landscape\nAssessment District No. 2005-1; and\n2. Authorize the Levying of the Fiscal Year 2024-25 Assessment; and\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
