Approval of a Five-Year Maintenance Agreement with Athletic Field\nSpecialists for Sports Field Maintenance at Creekside, Snow Creek, and\nSuzanne Parks\nRecommendation: That the City Council:\n1. Approve a five-year Maintenance Agreement with Athletic Field Specialists\n(AFS) for sports field maintenance services at Creekside, Snow Creek, and\nSuzanne Parks; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to sign the Agreement on behalf of the City in\nsubstantially the form attached and in such final form as approved by the City\nAttorney.
