19. APPROVE LETTER OF ENGAGEMENT TO MASTER RETAINER AGREEMENT NO. 4000 WITH KOA FOR\nENGINEERING SERVICES PROPOSAL FOR OLYMPIC BLVD COMPLETE STREET FEASIBILITY STUDY\n(CP 905)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve a Letter of Engagement to Master Retainer Agreement No. 4000 between the City of Montebello\nand KOA for Engineering Services for Olympic Boulevard Complete Street Feasibility Study (CP 905) for\na not-to-exceed amount of $609,365; and\n2. Amend the Fiscal Year 2024-25 budget by increasing appropriations by $309,365 in Account No. 201-\n30-330-6040.80 (RMRA, Public Works, Engineering, Contract Services Engineering Services) and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Letter of Engagement on behalf of the City; and\n4. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
