13. PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 24-44 CONFIRMING THE FISCAL\nYEAR 2024–25 ENGINEER’S REPORT FOR THE ANNUAL NATASHA LANE SEWER AND STORM WATER\nPUMP ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 2005-2 AND LEVYING SUCH ASSESSMENTS\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Conduct a Public Hearing and consider adopting Resolution No. 24-44 (Attachment A) confirming the\nFiscal Year 2024-25 Engineer’s Report (Attachment B) for the Annual Natasha Lane Sewer and Storm\nWater Pump Assessment District No. 2005-2; and,\n2. Authorize the Levying of the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Assessments; and.\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
