8K. Award a Construction Contract for the FY 2023-24 Pavement Rehabilitation\nProject (CS24A). Environmental Considerations: The action being considered\nby the City Council is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act\n(CEQA) pursuant to Section 15301(c) of the CEQA Guidelines. This section\nexempts projects characterized as minor alterations to public facilities\ninvolving negligible or no expansion of the existing site. Maintenance and\nrepair are proposed on existing public streets but do not create additional\nvehicular lanes or capacity. The proposed project meets the criteria for this\nexemption.
