H. APPROVAL OF PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS & ESTIMATE\n(PS&E) AND AUTHORIZATION TO BID 2024 SLURRY SEAL,\nCITY PROJECT 24-02\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve the plans, specifications and estimate and\nauthorize Staff to advertise and solicit bids for the 2024\nSlurry Seal, City Project 24-02 (“the Project”).\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary\ndocuments to award a construction contract and task order\nwhile the City Council is on August break. No construction\ncontract will be awarded above what is budgeted for the\n2024 Slurry Seal, City Project 24-02.
