F. APPROVE CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT NO. 24B121\nWITH NATA CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR BLEACHERS AT\nPALM SPRINGS BASEBALL STADIUM\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Construction Contract Agreement 24B121 with\nNata Construction, Inc. to provide bleachers for the Palm\nSprings Power Baseball Stadium for an amount not to\nexceed $182,315.16;\n2. Authorize the City Manager or their designee to execute all\nnecessary documents.
