B. APPROVE CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT NO.\n24B133 WITH WEST COAST ARBORISTS, INC. FOR\nVEGETATION MANAGEMENT SERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Contract Services Agreement 24B133 with West\nCoast Arborists, Inc. to provide vegetation management\nservices in an amount not to exceed $183,000 for the initial\none-year term beginning July 1, 2024, through June 30,\n2025, with two one-year extension options at the City’s sole\ndiscretion;\n2. Appropriate $183,000 from Safety Fund 1216010 to\nContractual Services;\n3. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all\nnecessary documents.
