E. Third Amendment to Professional Services Agreement with\nTrio Community Meals an Elior Company for Senior Nutrition\nMeals Services On June 9, 2020, the City Council approved a\nthree-year agreement with Bateman Community Living, LLC,\nto provide meals for the Senior Nutrition Program was\nacquired by TRIO Community Meals. The 2nd amendment to\nthe agreement was approved on June 13, 2023. Staff is\nrequesting the City Council authorize the Third Amendment\nto include a one-year extension to the Agreement to provide\nthe Senior Nutrition Program services from July 1, 2024, to\nRecommendation: That the City Council authorize the City\nManager to execute the Third Amendment to the TRIO\nCommunity Meals for a one-year extension (July 1, 2024, to June\n30, 2025) to provide the Senior Nutrition Lunch program for a new\ntotal annual amount not-to-exceed $72,072.\nStaff Report
