9) CONSIDERATION TO AWARD A CONTRACT FOR TO WILLDAN ENGINEERING FOR\nCONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT, INSPECTION, LABOR COMPLIANCE AND MATERIALS\nTESTING SERVICES FOR THE TRAFFIC SIGNAL MODIFICATIONS – 9 LOCATIONS HIGHWAY\nSAFETY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT: FEDERAL PROJECT NO. HSIPL-5202(019)\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Approve a contract to Willdan Engineering (Contract No. 2265) in an amount of $202,191,\nfor construction management, inspection, labor compliance and materials testing services\nfor the Traffic Signal Modifications – 9 Locations Highway Safety Improvement Project:\nFederal Project No. HSIPL-5202(019); and\nb. Authorize the City Manager to make non-substantive changes execute the Agreement and\nany related documents.
