6) CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE A SPECIAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH LIEBERT CASSIDY\nWHITMORE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024-2025\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Approve an Agreement for Special Services (Contract No. 2262) with the law firm of Liebert\nCassidy Whitmore for Fiscal Year 2024-2025;\nb. Authorize Special Legal Services not to exceed the budgeted amount for Fiscal Year\n2024-2025; and\nc. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement and all related documents.
