10) CONSIDERATION TO AWARD A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT TO EUROFINS EATON\nANALYTICAL, LLC FOR PUBLIC WATER SYSTEM LABORATORY AND ANALYTICAL SERVICES\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Award a Professional Services Agreement (Contract No. 2263) to Eurofins Eaton Analytical,\nLLC in an amount not-to-exceed $160,000 per fiscal year, for Public Water System\nLaboratory and Analytical Services for a three-year term, with a City option to renew for\ntwo one-year terms; and\nb. Authorize the City Manager to make non-substantive changes and execute all related\ndocuments.
