REALLOCATION OF FUNDS FOR EQUIPMENT PURCHASES\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends that the City Council take the following actions: Authorize the reallocation of\n$108,192.25 from Measure Q Park Improvements account to cover the shortfall in the Fogelson\nLights project budget. This action will allow the project to proceed without delay and ensure\ncompletion as planned.
