E. SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH CINTAS CORPORATION FOR UNIFORMS\nRENTALS, REPAIRS, AND LAUNDRY SERVICE FOR PUBLIC WORKS IN THE\nAMOUNT OF $26,400 ANNUALLY\nThe Public Works Department requires all field staff to wear a City-issued\nuniform. In August 2019, the City entered into a five-year service agreement\nwith Cintas Corporation to provide uniform services, including uniform rental,\nlaundry, and repair for all field staff. The contract will expire on August 31, 2024.\nThis item requests Council’s approval to enter a five-year Service Agreement\nwith Cintas Corporation through OMNIA Partners, a nationwide cooperative\npurchasing organization. The cost of service will be $26,400 annually and is\nincluded in the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 budget.\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Determination: Not a Project as\ndefined in Section 15378 of the State CEQA Guidelines.\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends that the City Council approve a five-year Service Agreement\nwith Cintas Corporation and authorize the City Manager to approve a Purchase\nOrder with Cintas Corporation for $26,400 annually using Field Operations\nDivision budget account 121-800-02-43-000 for $19,200 and Sewer budget\naccount 137-800-01-43-000 for $7,200.
