Approve plans and specifications for the Hollenbeck Park Trash\nEnclosure Project – Project No. P2501;\n2. Award a contract for the Hollenbeck Park Trash Enclosure Project –\nProject No. P2501 to Siterep Construction Services, Inc. as the lowest\nresponsive and responsible bidder in the amount of $51,500 and\nauthorize the City Manager to execute the contract; and\n3. Authorize a project contingency amount of $5,000 to cover the cost of\nunforeseen construction expenses.
