Approve plans and specifications for the Traffic Calming\nImprovements Project – Project No. T2503 – Workman Avenue and\n2nd Avenue Stop Sign Installation;\n2. Award a contract for the Traffic Calming Improvements Project –\nProject No. T2503 – Workman Avenue and 2nd Avenue Stop Sign\nInstallation to FS Contractors, Inc. as the lowest responsive and\nresponsible bidder in the amount of $89,400 and authorize the City\nManager to execute the contract; and\n3. Authorize a project contingency amount of $10,000 to cover the cost of\nany unforeseen construction expenses.
