Award a contract for the Traffic Signal Upgrade Project – Citrus\nAvenue and Puente Street – Project No. T2502 to California\nProfessional Engineering, Inc. as the lowest responsive bidder in an\namount of $162,000 and authorize the City Manager to execute the\ncontract; and\n3. Authorize a project contingency amount of $16,200 (10%) for any\nunforeseen construction expenses.
