13. AN AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH WINDSONG\nPRODUCTIONS, LLC. FOR VIDEO PRODUCTION SERVICES\nThat the City Council authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute Amendment No. 3\nto the Professional Services Agreement with Windsong Productions, LLC. to extend the\ncontract term by one year and increase the contract amount by $292,789 to cover the\ncorresponding work for the year. The new not-to-exceed amount for the contract will be\n$1,107,836.\nATTACHMENT: Amendment No. 3 with Scope of Work
