FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT MULTI-PRIME SERVICES FOR\nPHASE 1 OF THE ONTARIO CONVENTION CENTER EXPANSION PROJECT\nThat the City Council take the following actions:\nA. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No. 4 to the\nProfessional Services Agreement with Tilden-Coil Constructors, Inc., of Riverside,\nCalifornia, to provide Construction Management Multi-Prime Services for Phase 1 of the\nOntario Convention Center Expansion Project in the amount of $3,005,730 for a total\nnot-to-exceed contract amount of $33,049,677; and\nB.
