AN AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH CENTRALSQUARE TECHNOLOGIES, LLC., FOR\n911 DISPATCH SYSTEM\nThat the City Council authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No. 2\nto the Solutions Agreement with CentralSquare Technologies, LLC., of Lake Mary, Florida, for\nthe use of Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) and Records Management Systems (RMS), used by\nthe Police and Fire Departments to extend the terms for one year with an optional renewal\nperiod for two years in the amount not-to-exceed $1,961,717.\nATTACHMENT: Amendment 2_CentralSquare Solutiont-6-26-2024.pdf
