A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT WITH ALL AMERICAN ASPHALT FOR THE 2024 FALL\nPAVEMENT REHABILITATION PROJECT\nThat the City Council award a Construction Contract with All American Asphalt of Corona,\nCalifornia, for the 2024 Fall Pavement Rehabilitation Project (Project) in the amount of\n$4,958,888 plus a ten percent (10%) contingency of $495,888 for a total of $5,454,776 ; and\nauthorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute said contract and all related\ndocuments, and file a notice of completion at the conclusion of all construction activities.\nATTACHMENT: 03 - Location Maps.pdf\nATTACHMENT: 02 - Contract.pdf
