19. AN AMENDMENT TO THE GOODS AND SERVICES AGREEMENTS WITH CITRUS MOTORS\nONTARIO, INC., MARK CHRISTOPHER CHEVROLET, INC., AND FORD OF UPLAND FOR FORD,\nGMC, AND CHEVROLET PARTS AND REPAIRS\nThat the City Council take the following actions:\nA. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No. 4 to the Goods\nand Services Agreement with Mark Christopher Chevrolet, Inc., of Ontario, California, for\nthe procurement of GMC and Chevrolet OEM parts in the amount of $100,000, for a total\nnot-to-exceed contract amount of $460,000, and extend the agreement to June 30, 2025,\nand\nB. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No. 6 to the Goods\nand Services Agreement with Citrus Motors Ontario, Inc., of Ontario, California, for the\nprocurement of Ford Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts and repair services\nin the amount of $300,000, for a total not-to-exceed contract amount of $990,000, and\nextend the agreement to June 30, 2025; and\nC.
