9. AN AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH TILDEN-COIL\nCONSTRUCTORS, INC. FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT MULTI-PRIME SERVICES FOR\nPHASE 1 OF THE ONTARIO CONVENTION CENTER EXPANSION PROJECT\nThat the City Council take the following actions:\nA. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No. 4 to the\nProfessional Services Agreement with Tilden-Coil Constructors, Inc., of Riverside,\nCalifornia, to provide Construction Management Multi-Prime Services for Phase 1 of the\nOntario Convention Center Expansion Project in the amount of $3,005,730 for a total\nnot-to-exceed contract amount of $33,049,677; and\nB. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute all documents required for the\ncompletion of the project including, but not limited to, contracts, agreements,\nassessments, easements, reduction of retention accounts, and filing a notice of\ncompletion at the conclusion of all construction related activities.\nATTACHMENT: Tilden-Coil Amendment 4 Rev 5.9.24.pdf
