Approving Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. 2022-59-AC with KOA Corporation, to fund\nconstruction monitoring and inspection services for an additional 28 working days at the\nrequest of the Parkway Construction Company, the developer of the Raising Cane's\ndevelopment located at 9854 Alameda Avenue, for an amount not to exceed $30,000; and\nb.
