ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 9915 APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE FISCAL\nYEAR 2024-25 OPERATING BUDGET (FINANCE)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Adopt the FY 2024-25 Proposed Budget for the City, Water Utility Authority,\nSuccessor Agency, and Housing Successor Agency, as detailed in the proposed\nJune 4, 2024: City Council Meeting Page 4 of 9\nbudget document and adjusted as discussed in this report (this includes all the\nforecasted revenue estimates, expenditure allocations, and related transfers);\n2) Authorize the carryover of unspent appropriations for vehicles/equipment\nexpenditures, which were not received by June 30, 2025.
