FINANCE COMMITTEE: JOINT ACTION: FISCAL YEAR 2024-2025\nINVESTMENT POLICY AND INVESTMENT STRATEGY (Finance Dept.)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council and the\nSuccessor Agency to the Pasadena Community Development\nCommission:\n(1) Find that the proposed action in the agenda report is not a\nproject subject to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as\ndefined in Section 21065 of CEQA\nand Section 15378 of the State CEQA Guidelines, and as such, no\nenvironmental document pursuant to CEQA is required for the project; and\n(2) Adopt the City Treasurer’s recommended Investment Policy and\nInvestment Strategy for Fiscal Year 2024-2025 (FY 2024-2025).
