CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF THE FOURTH AMENDMENT TO THE\nPROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH MV CHENG AND ASSOCIATES,\nINC., FOR TEMPORARY STAFFING SERVICES, AT A COST OF $65,000, FOR A NEW\nTOTAL NOT-TO-EXCEED AMOUNT OF $499,000 AND TO AMEND THE\nTERMINATION DATE\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider approval of the Fourth Amendment to\nthe Professional Services Agreement with MV Cheng and Associates, Inc., in the amount\nof $65,000, for continued temporary staffing services, and for a new total not-to-exceed\namount of $499,000 and to amend the termination date to December 31, 2024.
