8. Agreement for Financial Advisory Services – NHA Advisors, LLC\nRecommended Action: Staff recommends that the City Council: 1) Approve a\nprofessional services agreement with NHA Advisors, LLC (Attachment A) for as-\nneeded financial advisory services for an initial three-year period effective July 8,\n2024, through July 8, 2027; 2) Approve a $20,000 Task Order (Attachment B) for\nservices related to Task 1 of the Citywide Undergrounding Program financing\nanalysis and authorize the City Manager to execute the Task Order and, if\nneeded, amend the Task Order by up to $10,000; 3) Authorize the City Manager\nto execute the agreement and any subsequent extensions to the term provided\nfor under the Agreement contingent upon satisfactory performance by the\nconsultant; and 4) Amend the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Operating and Capital\nBudget as described in the Fiscal Impact section of the agenda report.\nReference: Clerk’s File No. 406-1
