1. ADOPT A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE REAL PROPERTY\nCOMMONLY KNOWN AS 450 NORTH LAKE AVENUE (FORMER\nKAISER SITE) LOCATED IN\nTHE CITY OF PASADENA, COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES, STATE\nOF CALIFORNIA AS SURPLUS LAND PURSUANT TO THE STATE\nSURPLUS LAND ACT\n(Office of the City Manager)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:\n(1) Find that adopting the proposed Resolution in the agenda\nreport is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per\nSection 15061(b)(3)\n“Common Sense” exemption and State CEQA Guidelines Section\n15312 (surplus government property sales); and\n(2) Adopt a Resolution declaring that Real Property owned by the\nCity of Pasadena located in the City of Pasadena at 434-470 North Lake\nAvenue and identified as\nAPN 5732-017- 017 and 5732-017-018 (Property), as Surplus Land\npursuant to the Surplus Land Act, and taking related actions.\nRESOLUTION
