FINANCE COMMITTEE: DIRECT THE CITY ATTORNEY TO\nPREPARE AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PASADENA MUNICIPAL CODE\nCHAPTER 4.08 TO ADD\nALTERNATIVE PROJECT DELIVERY METHODS CONSISTENT\nWITH VOTER-APPROVED CITY CHARTER AMENDMENT (Public Works\nDept.)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:\n(1) Find that the proposed action in the agenda report is exempt\nfrom California Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”) Guidelines pursuant to\nState CEQA Guidelines per\nSection 15061(b)(3), “Common Sense” exemption; and\n(2) Direct the City Attorney to prepare and return with an\nordinance within 60 days to amend Pasadena Municipal Code to align with\nthe amendments to City Charter\nArticle X – Contracts, Purchases, and Claims as further described in\nthe agenda report.\nCity Council
