COMMERCIAL CORRIDOR FACADE IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM GUIDELINES\nAND BUDGET ALLOCATION\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve the proposed Commercial Corridor\nFacade Improvement Program Guidelines; 2) Authorize the City Manager\nand City Attorney to make any necessary, non-monetary changes to the\nprogram guidelines; 3) Authorize the City Manager and City Clerk to execute\nagreements with the selected business/property owners; and 3) Approve a\nbudget appropriation in the amount of $1,000,000 from the undesignated\nEconomic Development Fund balance for this program.
