5. 23-230 City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve a purchase\norder to EZ Liner, in the amount of $508,926, for one Paint\nStriping Truck for the Public Works Department; approve a\npurchase order to Altec, Inc., in the amount of $256,526, for\none Ford F550 Bucket Truck for the Public Works\nDepartment; and authorize the Financial Services Director, or\ndesignee, to execute the purchase orders upon receipt of all\nsupporting documents.
