5A. RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND APPROVAL OF A\nCONTRACT WITH DASH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. FOR THE\nWHITAKER-JAYNES AND BACON HOUSE PERIMETER FENCE UPGRADES\nPROJECT\n— Recommended Action: 1) Adopt a resolution approving the plans and\nspecifications for the Whitaker-Jaynes and Bacon House Perimeter Fence\nUpgrades Project; 2) Award a contract to DASH Construction Company, Inc.\nin the amount of $89,640; 3) Authorize contingency funds in the amount of\n$10,000 in the same purchase order; 4) Authorize the City Manager and City\nClerk to make any necessary, non-monetary changes to the contract; and, 5)\nAuthorize the City Manager and City Clerk to execute the contract.
